The #PoDojo is the “place of the way” to grow and practice your product owner super powers to make an impact by solving real problems of customers

We want to fundamentally change how products and services are being made by enabling autonomy, mastery and purpose for creative people in product discovery, design and development.

For product creators who are passionate about solving real needs of customers, the #PoDojo is a safe space where you can power up your skills in Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, Scrum and Lean Product Development.

You’ll be hands-on from the first moment, and along the way our experienced agile and product design coaches will provide you with excellent mentoring and coaching.

Meet us

Catherine Louis

Catherine Louis is a Certified Scrum Trainer™, independent Agile coach, and co-founder of the #PoDojo. With over 20 years of experience in complex product development in both software & hardware, Catherine has previously led Agile transition efforts in top telecommunications firms and worked with North Carolina State University to conduct research on Agile Test-Driven development. She has conducted years of research and training on “building security” into your product, verifying that security protection mechanisms are in place and working before it’s too late. Catherine regularly speaks at Agile20XX conferences, is a lead for the “Working With Customers” track, and runs the AgileRTP meetup group, one of the largest Agile meetup groups in the US.

Stefan Haas

Stefan Haas is an independent agile coach and trainer for product development, innovation and change. Stefan utilizes a cultural hacker’s attitude and mindset to break rules to foster creativity and to find new ways to deal with the socio-technical complexity of agile transformation. He works with product teams and startups such as Wooga, Lotto24, brands4friends, MySugr, TUI and Daily Deal (formerly part of the Google family). Stefan is organizer of various Meetups in Berlin including: Agile Game Lab, Product Tank, and Culture Hacking. He is a regular speaker at events such as Global Scrum Gathering, StartupCamp, Scrum Day Berlin, Manage Agile Berlin and the International Conference on Lean Enterprise and Software Systems.

Holly Mae Haddock

Holly Mae Haddock is a Creative Process Guide living in Portland, Oregon. Holly has a Bachelors from UC Berkeley, and a Masters in Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies.
Holly worked for 6 years as a counsellor in clinical settings, and 6+ years as a creative work coach. Holly enjoys drawing on her background in expressive arts, process work, conflict resolution and organisational psychology to help people play creatively, collectively. Holly helps people find personal and collective genius, through coaching best practices for connection, innovation, culture, and relationship.
Since befriending Stefan and the #PoDojo team in 2013, Holly has enjoyed integrating agile, lean, and design thinking into her repertoire of supports, to help people innovate happily and well.

Catherine Louis and Stefan Haas met in the summer of 2012 at the Stoos Stampede in Amsterdam during Stefan’s workshop session about Culture Hacking. They discovered they shared a passion for artful interventions and culture hacks to improve the world of work. Since then, they initiated a community and blog to share stories with like-minded change makers and business pranksters (bizculturehackers).

In November 2012 they started the #PoDojo learning community of fearless product creators, who want to learn and share knowledge discovered on their relentless journey of becoming better in making products and services customer will love.

Jens Otto Lange joined the first training session since he was convinced that Design Thinking is a perfect match with Agile. He was right – today he supports Stefan and Catherine as a trainer and coach.
