The #PoDojo is the “place of the way” to grow and practice your product owner super powers to make an impact by solving real problems of customers

We want to fundamentally change how products and services are being made by enabling autonomy, mastery and purpose for creative people in product discovery, design and development.

For product creators who are passionate about solving real needs of customers, the #PoDojo is a safe space where you can power up your skills in Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, Scrum and Lean Product Development.

You’ll be hands-on from the first moment, and along the way our experienced agile and product design coaches will provide you with excellent mentoring and coaching.

Stefan utilizes a cultural hacker’s attitude and mindset to break rules to foster creativity and to find new ways to deal with the socio-technical complexity of agile transformation. He works with product teams and startups such as Wooga, Lotto24, brands4friends, MySugr, TUI and Daily Deal (formerly part of the Google family). Stefan is organizer of various Meetups in Berlin including: Agile Game Lab, Product Tank, and Culture Hacking. He is a regular speaker at events such as Global Scrum Gathering, StartupCamp, Scrum Day Berlin, Manage Agile Berlin and the International Conference on Lean Enterprise and Software Systems.

Doris Mampe

Doris Mampe works as an artist manager and Design Thinking coach, focusing on connecting creative and innovative processes with business. She has 15 years of experience in supporting contemporary artists to realize their full potential. Doris also has a proven track record in project management, and was in charge of developing a range of major exhibitions, as well as opera productions. In her function as manager of a renowned german artist she is responsible for his public relations, marketing and sales, as well as all stakeholder management.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for the creative process led her to practice Design Thinking. Since 2018 Doris works as a Design Thinking coach, helping organizations and companies develop user-centric and holistic solutions using Design Thinking and Scrum in the digital and analog fields.

Catherine Louis and Stefan Haas met in the summer of 2012 at the Stoos Stampede in Amsterdam during Stefan’s workshop session about Culture Hacking. They discovered they shared a passion for artful interventions and culture hacks to improve the world of work. Since then, they initiated a community and blog to share stories with like-minded change makers and business pranksters (bizculturehackers).

In November 2012 they started the #PoDojo learning community of fearless product creators, who want to learn and share knowledge discovered on their relentless journey of becoming better in making products and services customer will love.

Jens Otto Lange joined the first training session since he was convinced that Design Thinking is a perfect match with Agile. He was right – today he supports Stefan and Catherine as a trainer and coach.
